Future Hope
Trusting_God is Hope for the future. It's a revelation of what our life will be like in the future here on earth and into eternity. Bible Hope is future certainty , not wishful thinking. Trusting_God demonstrates reliance on His overall character. Some agree that Gods' Word is true, but trust in God believes that it will come true for personally for You.
Jesus, as He was trusting_God the Father, received the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12:2
Rom 15:13
Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing,
that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. NKJV
Trusting_God the Holy Spirit to do in you it by His Power.
Trusting_God gives you a totally different perspective of your
whole life. It will determine how you look at every aspect
of your life, what you spend your time on, how you spend your money, how
you look at other people. It will have an effect on the whole direction
of your life and can bring you into Gods' will.
Seeing Eternity
Changes Perspective
While trusting God one can see past this life into eternity. The things of earth really become quite small when you see eternity.
If you have realized that this life on earth is only for a moment in eternity, Reflections of life change. You are able to react differently then the natural dictates of the flesh. It empowers you to react according to Gods' will.You could find yourself praying for your enemies.
Jesus prayed from the cross, Father forgive them for they know not what they do.
Phil 3:18-21
For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even
weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: whose end is
destruction, whose god is their belly, and whose glory is in their
shame — who set their mind on earthly things.
Trusting God
The Great Hope for the Future
When a loved one dies trusting_God and Hope for the future gives great comfort. Honestly I don't know how anyone can go through loosing a loved one without hope that you will be with them again.
You can know that
death is only a short separation and then the sting of death will loose
it's power. Not to mention trusting God for your own salvation.
All will be restored soon. A human life time is so short compared to eternity. Guard your soul not to get caught up with the cares of this world, rather keep your focus on the things of God.
You can be aware of Gods' presence around you constantly for He said He will never leave you nor forsake you.
Even for a weary old body that is Trusting_God with hope could say very honestly that old age is just a temporary condition. Soon we will all have new bodies free of any imperfections.
For we are trusting_God as it is written;
1 Cor 15:51-55
“Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all
be changed — in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last
trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised
incorruptible, and we shall be changed.....
"Death is swallowed up in victory." "O Death, where is your sting?”NKJV
Our Citizenship Is In Heaven
Phil 3: For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait
for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly
body that it may be conformed to His glorious body, according to the
working by which He is able even to subdue all things to Himself. NKJV
1 Cor 13:13
And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love. NKJV
Faith, hope and love must be alive in our hearts by the power of the Holy Spirit if we are to live godly lives.
Trusting_ God in Hope for our future is essential to our spiritual wellness.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. Proverbs 3:5.
Keep your mind stayed on God.
