Christian Prayers

Christian prayers are prayers said in the name of Jesus Christ, the son of the living God. God's will is that we learn of Him and how the Kingdom of God operates. The disciples ask Jesus, "Lord, teach us how to pray" and with your honest heart cry, you can join with them by saying, God Help Me to learn about prayer. God will continue daily to teach you as you seek His face.

The word 'Christ' means, the Anointed. 'Christian' is Christ-like or one who is like Christ. When we are a Christian we are anointed by God to do the work of Christ. God's will is for us to be Christlike, to pray in power and faith. The subject of Christian prayers is vast but fear not little flock it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom of God.

The kingdom of God out ranks the kingdom of this world. Christian prayers actually have changed history. Books have been written on this subject. The more we understand what God has given to us in Jesus name, the more powerful and effective over prayers will become.

Christian prayers are weapons, they are supernatural spiritual weapons. We can learn how to be very skillful with that weapon.

Our Father Who Art in Heaven

Our Father Who Art in Heaven Holy is Your name. Thy Kingdom Come...

When we pray to the Father, whose name is Holy, know that there is no lack in Him. The Father is all mighty God and there is nothing too hard for Him. When we meditate on the Holiness of the Father, it teaches us a respect, a holy fear, a reverence for who He is.

Christian prayers are a communication with our Father who is in heaven. Jesus taught us that we are not praying to an impersonal God but to our very Father our Creator who is in heaven. When you pray Christian prayers know who you are. You are a son of God. Picture God the Father, leaning down, carefully listening to what his child has to say. Be assured that Believers who pray in Jesus name have God's attention.

Our Father is in heaven, but we are on the earth. Christian prayers are what the Father in heaven uses to affect the Earth. God works through His people. We cannot do anything without God, but God will not do anything without us. God gave dominion of this Earth to mankind, and He will only work with a mankind to affect the earth.

The church is The body of Christ on earth. Jesus came and won back dominion for us after the fall of Adam. Jesus came to bring back the kingdom of God on earth. Now the church is to continue the work of Jesus, and one of the weapons He gives us is powerful Christian prayers.

Christian prayers;
Thy will be done

God's will be done on Earth,...What is the will of God?

It's all written for us in His Word. When we pray Christian prayers they must agree with the Word of God. Bible verses are our guide our compass that keeps us going in the right direction. The Holy Spirit woos us with His love. By submitting our will to Him, seeking Him, the Holy Spirit is able to give us understanding of the Word of God.

Understanding the Word sparks our belief. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. Effective Christian prayers affirm that belief. They confirm and declare that we are in agreement with Gods Word. His Word is Truth speak it out loud.

According to
Your Will

God is able to answer Christian Prayers As your will is aligned with Gods will. Did you hear that with your spirit? It is according to Your will! Yes your will. You see, God has already said yes and Amen to His Promises but unless YOUR will is aligned with God, He can't answer prayer.

Your free will agreeing with Gods will and belief in His Word brought together makes the catalyst that causes an explosion of answered prayer.

The demonstration of your free will is your Christian prayers spoken out loud. By your own words you confirm that you agree with the Word of God. Your willingness to agree with God's Word gives Him legal right to work on your behalf. It may sound strange to put it that way but understand that whatever God does He does legally according to kingdom laws.

Say for example you have a selfish wish that you want to marry your neighbor's wife. And you pray that the one you are coveting divorces their spouse. Well... that's not according to the Word of God. God will not help you sin.

Or on the other hand, say you are sick and you don't believe that God will heal you. Well,... it is Gods will that you be healed but unless someone has Faith, the provision of health may not be able to reach you. Faith is the conduit that flows from heaven to earth with your answer. Speak faith filled words.

But if your will agrees with Gods, nothing is impossible for you. There are many different circumstances surrounding answered prayer, for example, a time element, that we cannot put God in a box. He is just to big. Even if there is a delay that does not mean a denial. Be steadfast. If you have a sure Word from God, faith will bring it to pass.

As it is written. Jesus said, “Have Faith as a grain of mustard seed and you can ask whatsoever you will and it will be given you if you doubt not in your heart.”

Wow, think about that.

When Jesus needed to feed the multitudes He looked up to heaven and prayed ..... How did Jesus know that the Father would answer Him? Jesus had the same promises that we have. The Father is our supply. When we need provision the Father promises to be our supply. Jesus simply believed His Father and moved by the prompting of the Holy Spirit. Jesus had a relationship with the Father and He just knew.

God will not violate your Free Will

God has given you a free will and His will is not to violate your free will. Even if you choose not to believe God or doubt His Word. He will honor your choice.

God waits for you to invite Him into your life. He may use your circumstances to nudge you but will not force you. He shows Himself faithful and encourages you that you might have faith in God

Yes God lives out of time and is able to answer us even before we ask but still our will was yielded to Him (our future-His present).God knows all things.

We may cause bad things to happen through poor choices but somehow God can work it out for our good. Circumstances can be used to teach us many things. We can learn by experience. Sometimes we choose to learn the hard way. But God has made an easier way for us. Submitting to God is the best way. Yielding our will to Him enables us to pray Christian Prayers effectively.

Jesus said,
“Have Faith
and doubt not in your heart”

“Lord I Believe Help thou My Unbelief.” This was a prayer of a man who needed a miracle. Jesus said to him, “fear not only believe.” The man declared that he believed but then he leaned on Jesus to conquer the natural unbelief within him caused by fear and he received his miracle. His son was delivered from unclean spirits and healed.

Belief is cognitive content. With your mind you choose to believe. It has to do with your free will.

Unbelief then is not believing the Word of God,  it is not believing the truth, It is choosing not to believe.

Doubt is to be uncertain about, hold questionable, hesitate, it is skepticism;to be apprehensive about, to be uncertain or undecided about something, a feeling of uncertainty about the truth, reality, or nature of something.

Trust, is assurance, confidence in God. Trust is a heart thing.

Faith

is a substance, it can be measured, (the measure of Faith is given to all.) Faith can be compared to the size of a mustered seed. It may be the most powerful substance on earth.

Fear is a weapon the enemy uses to to cause doubt and block faith from manifesting in this natural world. Fear is something we must consciously resist. We must resist fear and submit to God.

Once we have yielded our will and are willing to accept and speak Bible Verses as truth, we now need to move in Faith as we pray Christian prayers. To learn how to take the Leap of Faith click on;Taking a Leap Of Faith

Bible Verses

Hear what Bible Verses say;

Matt 18:19-20 "Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. 20 For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them." NKJV

Matt 21:21-22 So Jesus answered and said to them, "Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' it will be done. 22 And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive." NKJV

Luke 11:9 "So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.NKJV

Luke 11:13 If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!" NKJV

John 14:13-14 And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If you ask anything in My name, I will do it. NKJV

John 15:7-8 If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. 8 By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples. NKJV

John 15:16-17 You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you. 17 These things I command you, that you love one another. NKJV

John 16:24 Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full. NKJV

James 1:6-8 But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. 7 For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; 8 he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways. NKJV

1 John 5:14-15 Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. 15 And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him. NKJV

Jesus prayed for us;

John 17:11-12
Now I am no longer in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to You. Holy Father, keep through Your name those whom You have given Me, that they may be one as We are. NKJV

John 17:20-23
"I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; 21 that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me.

22 And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: 23 I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.
NKJV
