The Holy of Holies
the Veil and You
The Holy of Holies; the Bible calls it the Most Holy place. It's the place in the Jewish Temple where the Ark of the Covenant was kept and the glory of God was manifested. Only one priest, the High Priest could enter this place only one time a year for the people. The common people could never go into the Holy of Holies. It was forbidden. But what does this mean and why should we care to know about it today? Gods will can be seen in Bible verses through types and shadows which are very relevant and vital for our Spiritual Wellness today. There are many truths revealed in the Holy of Holies that are critical for Spiritual Warfare and even your Emotional Health as you discover truth that profoundly effects your soul. Because of the fierce attacks of the enemy, you must know who you are in Christ. You must know Gods will in order to stand in these end days. God has made you more special in His Body than you may realize. Christian, no matter who you are in the church from those who some consider least to the greatest. Get to know who you really are and be able to stand against the lies of the enemy.
The Lord Teaches with Pictures
Many times the Lord teaches with pictures that illustrate a truth. One of the wonderful things that the Lord has done for us is revealed through the story of the veil. Inside the Temple between the Holy Place and the Most Holy Place was a very costly veil or heavy curtain that separated the people from the Most Holy Place. The power of His presence stayed behind the veil. God could not make Himself known intimately to His people. They were afraid of Him and wanted only to speak through Moses and later the priests. God had to wait until the time was fulfilled when He could send Jesus, His Word in the flesh. Then Jesus paid the high price of His own Blood and laid His life down to pay for our sins. At the moment of His death this costly veil of the Holy of Holies was torn in two, from the top to the bottom. Mk5:38 In the Old Covenant the priest was the only one who could draw close to God in the Holy of Holies. But now Jesus had paid the price for sin opening the way into the Most Holy Place for every person. As it is written; Heb 10:19-21 Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, 20 by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh,... NKJV By the atoning Blood of Jesus, sin could no longer separate Gods children from God! In that moment, when the veil was torn, God opened up the most Holy of Holies for all to see inside for the first time. What a picture to behold. Now, You and I can enter into Gods presence with boldness by the blood of Jesus!
The New Priest
For you Christian, that means you are now equal with a priest. Yes you Common Christian are not so common in the eyes of God. If your sins have been covered and washed away by the Blood of the Lamb of God you can stand before the Almighty God like the High priest in the Holy of Holies! You are made righteous by His Blood alone. Now Christ has made us all kings and priests before God through the Cross! As it is written in these inspirational Bible verses...“For You were slain, And have redeemed us to God by Your blood Out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation, And have made us kings and priests to our God; And we shall reign on the earth." Rev 5:9-10 NKJV The Bible verses continue...“To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.” Rev 1:5-6NKJV He has not only made you a priest, but God has made you His very Temple itself to dwell in! It is written, “In whom you also are being built together for a dwelling place of God in the Spirit. Eph 2:22NKJV Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?” 1 Cor 3:16-17NKJV

New Testament Priests wear Levis!
Blood bought child of God you are invited – believe who you are in Christ and reject the lies of the enemy. God is the lover of your soul. You are who God says you are! Jesus has opened up the way for you to go into the Holy of Holies of His presence, and feel the manifest power of God. The original Temple itself gives us a picture so to speak of how to enter the intimacy of His presence. In the New Covenant the Holy of Holies is open to all in Christ. No longer does any man have the right to lord it over another man in a hierarchy in Spiritual matters like the Nicolaitans whose doctrine the Lord Jesus said He hated. Jesus is the ONLY head of the church. No person ought to assume that Headship over the Lords possession. -That would not be a good idea.-. God hates the doctrine of the Nicolaitans and requires repentance for those that hold to it. The Body of Christ is One Body with Jesus Christ as the head. We are all members of one another having different jobs and gifts anointed by the Holy Spirit for the edifying of the body. We are to serve one another not in competition but in love not esteeming one better than another.
Spirit Lead Leadership
Everyone in leadership, who resists pride, will cast their crowns before the throne of Jesus relinquishing their leadership to the Lord. Thy will be done on earth as is is in Heaven.(Rev 4:10) Then there will be Holy Spirit leading in every thing they do. Walking in the Spirit is the only way we are going to see the Power of God manifested in these end days. We must have access to the Holy of Holies to renew our strength for Spiritual Warfare. The veil is torn, the power is now available to you who will seek God with all your heart in the Holy of Holies of His Presence. Don't hesitate, it's Gods will, for Jesus has opened access to the Holy of Holies for you! Wash yourself in the Blood of Jesus first. Holy Spirit must take you there in the Spirit. Like the priests of old, go alone in your private time with Him. Go boldly before God. He has waited a long time for you to be able to come to Him personally. Worship Him in the Spirit in the Holy of Holies of His presence and in the beauty of Holiness. Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers. 3 John 2-3 NKJV
