Thankfulness

To be thankful fights depression lifts us out of a bad mood and reminds us about the things that are good in our life. It can change our whole attitude and helps us take control of our thoughts. Instructions from some Bible verses about thankfulness. Be blessed as I was meditating on these scriptures.
You can even keep a thankfulness journal for all the blessing the Lord gives you on a daily bases.
It really helps.
(Ps 105:1-5) Oh, give thanks to the Lord! Call upon His name; Make known His deeds among the peoples! Sing to Him, sing psalms to Him; Talk of all His wondrous works! Glory in His holy name; Let the hearts of those rejoice who seek the Lord! Seek the Lord and His strength; Seek His face evermore! Remember His marvelous works. NKJV
(1 Chron 16:34) Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever. NKJV
(Ps 35:18) I will give You thanks in the great assembly; I will praise You among many people. NKJV
