When a person accepts Jesus as their savior, they receive eternal life right then and there. As John 10:28 assures us: "I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand." This Bible verse is a promise of hope and a reason to trust God's unwavering commitment.
John 10:28 shows salvation is a secure gift, held by Christ's power, not human effort. Did you know that eternal life is not about what we do, but it’s all about what Jesus did for us?

The definition of Biblical hope is not wishing. It is the confident expectation of God's future glory and fulfillment of His plan. Hope is one of the big three virtues summarizing the love chapter. 1 Corinthian13: And now abide faith, hope, love, these three;..
If your loved one was born again as a child and received Jesus as their savior, but later drifted away. Don’t lose hope!
They may have been taken captive by the enemy. But God is faithful.
The Lord says: Isaiah 49:24-25 (NIV) "Shall the prey be taken from the mighty, or the captives of the righteous be delivered? But thus says the Lord: “Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, And the prey of the terrible be delivered; For I will contend with him who contends with you, And I will save your children".
Maybe you are unsure whether your loved one has ever accepted Christ. Still, there is hope; let us reason together and ask, what does God say?
In Acts 16:31, it is written, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.” His promise of salvation includes all our household.
Put your faith in God to do what He says He will do. You may ask: If my loved one has passed on, is it too late to pray for them? Is there anything I can do now? YES, Keep reading.

Did you know that you can pray for loved ones even after they have died?
You're not praying for the dead, but you are praying for them as they were dying in the present tense. It is written that God hears and answers our prayers before we pray them. It is written in Isaiah 65:24: ‘Before they call, I will answer.’
God exists out of time, and He is not restricted by time. He can hear your future prayers and answer them in the past.
Pray for your loved one, pray that, when they enter eternity, as they walk through the doors of death, Jesus meets them there and gives them understanding of who He is, that they turn around, and are saved.
People forget that God is not restricted by time. Mainstream religion may not understand this, or agree with it, but again, what do the Scriptures say? Isaiah 65:24: ‘Before they call, I will answer.’ Our God is supernatural. Is there anything too hard for Him?
Jeremiah 32:27 (NKJV)
27 “Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for Me?
Luke 1:37 (NKJV)
37 For with God nothing will be impossible.”
I have a personal testimony:
On June 8th, 2008, I got into a car accident. As it was happening, time stood still.
I stepped into eternity, and God spoke to me from the back seat of my car.
I was staring at the passenger window, watching a truck's headlight come through it. The headlight pierced the window, but the window had not shattered yet.
I saw this and thought, “I am about to get into an accident, and there is nothing I can do (at this point) to stop it.”
Time stood still; I was in eternity. That's when I heard Jesus speaking to me. He was not in a hurry. What He said, He said slowly and repeated it three times. The last time He paused on every word to emphasize it. All the while Jesus was speaking, I was staring at this headlight coming through the window that wasn't shattering!
After He was finished speaking, at this point, I blinked—and boom, the accident was over. There is no time in eternity; God can stop time for as long as necessary.
I believe all things work together for good to those who love God. Now I am an eyewitness and can testify that in a crisis moment, God can stop time for individuals and speak to them. He could explain the whole plan of salvation and more if He needed to. Our loved ones, Jesus saves. Pray even now for them.
I believe I went through this to be able to give comfort and hope for those who may have lost a loved one suddenly, and wondered if they had time to receive Jesus and eternal life.
I say YES, there is Nothing too hard for God. You can pray for them with faith and believe with confidence right now.
God will hear your prayer and will answer it in the past before you prayed, as the Word of the Living God Said.
God commendeth His love toward us in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us, Romans 5:8.
God has stopped time before. It is recorded in Joshua 10:12-14. Context: Joshua needed more daylight to complete a victory. Joshua commanded the sun and moon to stand still for about a day. The result was that the Bible says the sun and moon stopped, and there was no other day like it.
Also, in 2 Kings 20:9-11, God makes the sun's shadow move backward 10 steps, a sign of healing. These are just two more examples of ".. with God nothing will be impossible.”
I'm not the only eyewitness. I heard this testimony a long time ago. It's about a man who died on the operating table and had an after-death encounter with Jesus. During his lifetime, he had no time for God, but his mother loved the Lord, and she prayed for her son to be saved.
The man died on the operating table. He said he could see the doctors working on him, and he began to float up through the ceiling. When he went up to the roof, he noticed a red shoe lying there.
He told more details, but to be brief, he found himself in hell. He was in a pit of some kind, but far above him, he saw a light. The light came down to where he was, and hands reached into the pit and pulled him out. Then the Lord spoke to him and said, "Because of the prayers of your mother, I am rescuing you." The man quickly became a believer, to say the least.
Jesus told him that He was sending him back so that he could testify that hell is real and so is God. The man was raised from the dead.
Later, he went up to the hospital's roof and found the red shoe.
Long story short, the man spent the rest of his life testifying to what he had experienced and brought many people to the Lord. The Lord kept His promise, answered his mother's prayers, and saved her son.

There are many other God Encounter testimonies happening. God is showing up and showing off fairly regularly now. He is making Himself known to His sons and daughters.
What is God’s will? 2 Peter 3:9 reminds us that God loves the world and "not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance." God loves everyone but we must freely choose Him.
We can hear Jesus, praying to His Father in John 17: 9:
“I pray for them. I do not pray for the world but for those whom You have given Me, for they are Yours."
God gave us free will, and certainly, not everyone will want to come to Jesus and find salvation. But we have permission to pray for those we love, and God said, ‘Whatsoever you believe you can have’ Mark 11:24, NKJV).
Therefore, I (Jesus) say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. “I have spoken these things to you so that in me you may have peace. In this world, you will have trouble; but take heart, I have overcome the world.” John 16:33
"Listen carefully, I am about to do a new thing, now it will spring forth; will you not be aware of it? I will even put a road in the wilderness, rivers in the desert." Isaiah 43:19 (AMP)
Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth---do you not know it? Indeed, I am making a way in the wilderness, streams in the wasteland. Isaiah 43:19 (Berean Literal Bible)
Don't limit God.
But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”Romans 5:8
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”John 3:16 (NKJV)“
Maybe you would like to renew your commitment to Jesus today, or you want to receive Him with your whole heart for the first time. If you're thinking about that, don't wait, just ask Him into your heart right now.
It is written: that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9 (NKJV)
